Covington KY Having stayed at many hotels in the past, this has to be at the bottom of our list.....nothing but towels were provided....had to ask for soap, shampoo, glasses, plates, silverware, hair dryer. The "continental" breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, 2 apples, 5 oranges, packaged bars. Other than the hot water for oatmeal, this was NOT a continental breakfast. No newspapers provided. Also, ad said shuttle to ballpark, casino, etc...yes, but you had to walk more than a block to catch the shuttle. Very discouraging. ... read more

Walls of paper! Two nights of no sleep Booked two rooms for the weekend. Electrical outlet problems in one room but hotel was booked so couldn't move rooms and they couldn't fix until after the weekend (No maintenance over weekend even with hotel full?). Noise was terrible ALL NIGHT! We realize Newport is a party area and we were there during two Reds games and could have even excused the jake brakes from nearby bridge but partying, fighting, talking and running in halls and on floor above kept us up all night both nights. Great Location Great Location! If all you are looking for is a place to lay your head at night this hotel is a better alternative than other expensive options close by. Our room was "no smoking" but you could tell it was a smoking room at one point....that smell never leaves. The view is not that great. The first morning we woke up we were able to see a couple of shirtless men drinking 40oz beers at the picnic table on the back parking lot. Rude checkin staff, dirty bed There was pubic hair on the beds, even after we changed from one room to another. The cleaning staff eventually had to replace the bedding in front of us. The check in staff was stern cold and not helpful.

Never going back there. Stayed there for three nights, except for the bed and a couple for chairs nothing else was worth of mention. They should not have a breakfast, which is almost a cup of cofee and a cake , nothing else.

I stayed for 2 days, no housekeeping was done. Can have more for breakfast. Front des person was very good & friendly

Felt scared. Not a safe neighborhood Picked it because it took dogs. When I checked in they said I was in a no pet room.
