Less than bare necessities Definitely not the service I expect from a hotelier. Had to ask for a hairdryer. No hair conditioner - had to buy my own. Not one plastic cup in the room - had to ask for cups at the front desk. No coffee maker. Although there was a kitchen, there were no dishes, silver, etc. No daily service. While the room rate was low, it was not low enough for the lack of any amneties. Will stay at Holiday Inn Express or Courtyard Marriott the next time.

You'd be better sleeping in your car! Uncoordinated and unprofessional staff. Arrived to room not cleaned at all. Got me room... As basic as they come. No ice maker. Breakfast isn't breakfast. Bagged muffins and nasty coffee. Not even cereal for the kids.
Get what you pay for. The area was a little run down. The hallways were narrow and hotel old. THERE IS NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. That was one of the reasons we booked there because my daughter had an early event we had to go to and I thought it would save time to eat there. They had two carafes of coffee and a tray of muffins, that was it. The two guys at the desk were very helpful.
Just basic no frills Several lights didn't work, fan and light on stove top didn't work, bathroom was very small and dark, toilet very small and low to ground. The safety bar on door only had one very loose screw holding it on. Only plus was did have kitchen's in it.
Room was dirty and had no cooking/eating utensils.
BED BUGS!! N BOOGERS ON THE SHEETS!!! Horrible breakfast!!! First room I checked into had a booger on the top sheet. Complained about it n got sent to another room in which later that night I woke up to a huge bloody bed bug. Talked to a manager and was only refunded my money. I didn't get any sleep smh.

I had expected things like a hair dryer in the room.
Not a first option. It wasn't horrible but I did find a bug on my bed. I'm not saying it was bed bugs but I was concerned. Didn't feel too clean of a room. Breakfast wasn't great but they described it accurately during check-in of only snacks would be provided. If you need just a night to crash then it is a good option but I certainly would not want to stay there for an extended period of time.
