I reserved a room using a credit card but was clear on the reservation that I would be paying cash. Not only did you not have a room reserved for me when I arrived after a two hour drive but you billed my card for the room which you did not have!!!!! Your staff member was very pleasant and tried to get me a room at another location but it was too far the other direction from where I needed to be

Facility was decent but not good enough to return The facility structure was in good shape and decent condition. Our issues were that we did not have actual sheets or supplies for our pull out couch, there was a top sheet and a cotton blanket which had a lot of women's hair stuck in it. When I asked the front desk for a blanket and pillow I received attitude. Actually anytime I went to the front desk in the evening the lady acted like we were bothering her from watching her shows. I have so many concerns. From the environmental to the staff. I’ll simply say - if you can stay somewhere else, I have to imagine the other option is the better option. I’ve stayed at much nicer locations from this company, but this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’m glad I was just there for a night and not a longer stay.

Horrible Experience Lots of people hanging around outside the entrance to our room, smoking and just acting strangely. Hall way and stairs were not air conditioned and it was 95 degrees outside plus the halls smelled of weed. Our room smelled like an ashtray even though we had to sign a paper at the front desk that we wouldn’t smoke. The bathroom had black mold on the walls and we were constantly waiting for the front desk clerk with other issues. I recommend staying somewhere else. The room was not that clean. The renovation to the hotel were not done well and the place smells like an ash tray. The floors and walls are also paper thin and I was kept up all night by dogs running and barking in the room up over me. Customer service was okay and they tried to address the issue but most of the time there is no one at the front desk or when there is someone there they are watching TV in the lobby.
