Very dated. Old furniture. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. We realized the next morning the smoke detector was covered in plastic & a rubberband. No hair dryer. Complimentary breakfast was definitely lacking.

Important point- NO ELEVATOR IN THIS 3 STORY BUILDING! Either I missed that or it wasn’t stated. That’s a big deal when traveling with someone who can’t manage stairs! The only selling point of our stay here was the front desk staff who was very helpful and friendly. We had two units. Both were very run down and in need of repair and both smelled horrible (think mold, must, smoke, pot, and air freshener). If I could give this place a zero I would. When I say this place was a let down, I REALLY mean it was a let down. It smelled horrible, was dirty, and I saw bugs in the rooms. When I brought up this concern, and told them I'd be going to another hotel, I was told they wouldn't refund any of my money. I prepaid and had booked two rooms for 8 nights. I won’t blame the staff. They were as helpful as they could be. There are no carts to help with bringing in luggage. Although this stay should accommodate your own cooking, there was no coffee pot, kitchen utensils, tools, plates, etc. Bathroom floor was dirty, and the hotel smells like tobacco. This is NOT wear I want to stray following a really long travel day.

I liked the location because there is a lot of places close by. I didnt like that the room apparently wasnt clean well, not only did it smell like fish but we also found 3 items that were left in the room by other guest.

No room service Towels were never changed and room was never serviced. Had to go to front for new towels.

Room was HIGHLY unsanitary, dirty stained carpet that looked like blood stains amongst other things. Fridge was dirty. Room smelled like odor. Brown stains on bath towels. DON'T DO IT PEOPLE 👀
