Checked in after 12:00 am and was told my reservation was “audited” after midnight through their system so my reservation was canceled without a refund. They later told Expedia that they would give me paper work to refund if I go to see their manager in the morning after 6:00 am. I was homeless and slept in the parking lot in my car all night. The pull out sofa bed had bloody sheets and the staff was rude

The property was dated and dingy looking internet was not working properly. We complined several times to the front desk and nothing was done even though they said they would fix it. Front desk service was not readily available. Breakfast was horrible, they could at least privide complimentary coffee all day. The police were called to the propert. It's just a shady place.

Checked in and left the property within 30min the facility is essentially a crack house and there was cops there all night
