When we first got to this hotel the outside smells like weed. We thought somebody was just smoking in their car. We got inside the hotel the receptionist didn't even tell us anything about the Wi-Fi password or breakfast times or check out. Or pool times etc. Just gave us our keys and sent us on our way. She did mention that there is a fine if got caught smoking on the facility. As soon as we got off the elevator our whole floor smelled just like marijuana. Just a cloud of smoke it was horrible. Everything was great except the bed was really hard. Did not sleep well

Awful customer service We need to wait about 15-20 minute for the check in because no body was in the lobby, when she comes with his coffe in hand we wait about 10 minute more because she need put lip stick on and later she asking “how can I help you”. We spend about 3 nights call to the lobby because in the room next to us have music on at 3:00am and she have some nasty actitud and asking “what I’m supposed to do?” The localization is perfect, cleanliness ok, perfect check out, but the customer service is awful

The building was clean as well as the room, it had a nice refreshing smell in the room and in the hall way, I was well pleased with the customer service as well I will be back!

He best place to stay My stay hear is always the best. I stay hear do to it been so much like I'm at my own home. It's right on the holspital. I have to come up to Florence for my doctor. Each time I stay hear the stage is so kind. Amanda is the best she is so kind and friendly. They are all great very carrying staff. The room is clean and smells good. If you need anything you jsut have to let them know. I can say this would could not find a better place to stay at then hear. Rachael grubb
