Wasn't much of a breakfast, and no ice machine that I could find.

Friendly staff, easy to get to, convenient location. Bed could use a new mattress. Other than that, everything was fine.

Close to interstate for me to get on and off. Good choices of restaurants and the Florence Mall. Only drawback as with so many hotels, how loud the people above walking and running with not shoes on. This makes so much noise on top of me. Properties should advise guests to think about others while they stay.

ESA Florence KY I just flopped in after driving 15 hours & fell asleep. Scooted out before sun up the next day. Staff friendly but rough looking. (Tats, piercings) looks clean, doesn’t smell so fresh though. (Smokers)

Smoke free facility but yet smelled like smoke. StAff smoking outside by entrance

5/5 Awesome Hotel The hotel was awesome! As soon as I walked in i was greeted, and checked in fast. I was checked in under 5 minutes. Room was more then expected, bigger and was so comfortable! The bed was soft, and pillows were soft. The whole hotel was very clean and didnt smell. I was very impressed as i had no issues at this hotel. Thanks!
