The check in was awesome but the hotel was not the cleanest. Room seemed smaller than most Extended Stay rooms and we had a leaking toilet

My family and I stayed here because we planned on going to the Creation Museum the following day. Everything was okay except for one thing: whenever my wife took a shower, the shower stopped up. Whenever we contacted the front desk about this, we were told that they would send maintenance to check this out, but they never showed. Other than this, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice stay. Staff friendly. Room carpeting got my white socks dirty. Not sure when it was vacuumed. It was not vacuumed when bed linens where changed nor was the bathroom cleaned.

Light sleeper The room was great and the staff was friendly. I has requested a high floor, but was given 2nd floor of a 4 floor facility and was told nothing else was available on a higher floor. I did not sleep well at all because apparently the people in the room above me never sleep. Whether it was 9 at night, 3 in the morning, or 3 in the afternoon, it sounded like a horse galloping above me.
