Overall not too shabby Although the hotel had been updated over the last year, our room had faint smoke smell. The bed wasn't that comfortable. Besides those two things the room was nice and clean. Each room seemed to have kitchenette. We arrived 4 hours before check in and our rooms were ready which was a great convenience since we were staying there for NASCAR race and needed to get back on the road. They didn't bat an eye about us checking in so early.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Room was very nice. Wish the t.v. was a little bigger or up higher so when watching it from the bed you could see it.

No coffee Rooms need a free coffee pot and coffee for guests NOT staying an extended amount of time.

Nice frendly place to stay. we came to see the ARK . It was our first time in an extended stay hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to a large shopping area and we found some very nice restaurants near by. IF you wanted to cook in it was set up great. we just stayed two nights and were too busy to take time to use that feature. If you were staying longer and were prepared to cook in it would be very convenient.
