Close to the Airport Not bad. No coffee maker in the room and not much of a breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room temp was ideal. The staff was competent and efficient. Woke up to find a little brown bug crawling on me. Not sure how that happened. The bathroom was good. Plenty of parking and close to shops. Very close to Cracker Barrel. Next to the Hospital.

Our flight flew in late, so check in was late at night. We appreciated we were able to check in so late. The room was very clean. Couldn’t hear hotel noise, by the time we left half he parking lot was empty and we had never heard any of those guests in the halls. Check in and check out were easy. The staff was very pleasant.

Comfortable Painless Stay! I was overall impressed with this location. The room was clean, front desk staff seemed tired but were never rude or obnoxious to me (like some that constantly ask how your stay is going). Breakfast wasn't outstanding, but decent. In my actual room I felt comfortable for my 3 night stay. Would stay there again.

Amazing Staff/ Very Clean Staff were very helpful and polite. Night clerk, Alicia, especially made us feel welcome. Very clean. Made sure we had everything we needed. Lots of restaurants around but kitchen stuff provided was so clean it was like brank new. Have already recommended to other families.

convenient to Cincy and clean and nice I had a really short notice trip to Cincy... I thought it was going to be three....then it was two ...then it was just overnight.... I arrived after midnight... It was not the idea trip, but the hotel staff made if a very good trip. they adjusted my payment to reflect just one night, and they were very pleasant and courteous.
