A very pleasant surprise! A last minute schedule change resulted in the need to find a hotel for the night. Few options due to spring break but Expedia helped me land the last room that night. With the price I had very low expectations. But I was very surprised with the warm welcome by the staff, bright lobby, very clean room and comfortable bed coverings. Best value!

Staff needs tweaking!! It was after 5pm before our room was ready. Tried to check in around 4:30 and room was not ready. We were told about 20 min. We went to supper and went to our room only to walk into a dirty room. Called front desk n front desk clerk who checked us in came up to help clean the room. We were not told that we had to ask for appliances and such items for the kitchen. We were not happy!!!

Definitely stay again Nice stay. Clean and our room even had an oven and kitchen sink.

Very disappointed! We had reservations April 5th and 6th. The room was very clean and did "NOT" see any Bed Bugs. The young lady at the Service Desk (Morgan) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Was very disappointed that there was NO housekeeping and NO fresh towels or wash cloths for our next day of stay. We left and came back in the evening and was shocked that our bed was not made and no fresh towels? Called down the office and they told us to come and get our own! Nice and Comfortable This was not the fanciest, most modern hotel I've stayed in, but I know you can't expect more than you pay for, and it certainly fulfilled our purpose. Just a good comfortable bed and a nice warm shower so we could make our trip to the Creation Museum. It was extremely quiet.There were plenty of places to eat nearby. My family group had two rooms for two nights and all came away happy.

Nice short stay to visit Ark Encounter Room is clean. Window is old. Small kitchen is a plus. Breakfast is ok. Location is good.
Non smoking, which is a plus Pretty good stay. The breakfast left something to be desired, but the hotel was nice and non smoking.
