Comfortable Painless Stay! I was overall impressed with this location. The room was clean, front desk staff seemed tired but were never rude or obnoxious to me (like some that constantly ask how your stay is going). Breakfast wasn't outstanding, but decent. In my actual room I felt comfortable for my 3 night stay. Would stay there again.

Amazing Staff/ Very Clean Staff were very helpful and polite. Night clerk, Alicia, especially made us feel welcome. Very clean. Made sure we had everything we needed. Lots of restaurants around but kitchen stuff provided was so clean it was like brank new. Have already recommended to other families.

convenient to Cincy and clean and nice I had a really short notice trip to Cincy... I thought it was going to be three....then it was two ...then it was just overnight.... I arrived after midnight... It was not the idea trip, but the hotel staff made if a very good trip. they adjusted my payment to reflect just one night, and they were very pleasant and courteous. Clean but bare. There was no hairdryer in the room. No coffee maker w/coffee. One flat pillow per person on the bed. If I wanted extra towels I had to turn in one of the towels we already had. The room was clean but it was just a bare room. Not even a pen or notepad in the room.

No in room coffee or pot even though rooms have a Kitchen?! Coffee bar down stairs does not open for self service until 6:00 am. This hotel does not cater to the early morning riser.No airport shuttle.
