Nice frendly place to stay. we came to see the ARK . It was our first time in an extended stay hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to a large shopping area and we found some very nice restaurants near by. IF you wanted to cook in it was set up great. we just stayed two nights and were too busy to take time to use that feature. If you were staying longer and were prepared to cook in it would be very convenient.

Discouraged There were strands of hair in the bathtub from the previous guest. I reported it to the 3-11 p.m. shift of day one & she said to report to Jason, the manager, I did and he said was I apologize. I felt as though a small a adjustment to bill coulde have offered. Im only the maid in my home, not home away from home.

Rooms smelled funny , beds were very firm and rooms not very clean . Didn't see any bugs though :0 was dissapointed with the grab and go breakfast . Will not be staying here on our next visit .

Hotel wasn't bad however.. The room was not clean. When putting our things away we wound cupcake wrappers stashed all over the room, and there were old chicken nuggets in the freezer. They do not have a ice machine and the maid did not fill the ice trays so we had no ice at all. There is no blow dryer, the tub doesn't plug, there is no coffee maker, no cups in the room. The breakfast is only coffee muffins and granola bars.
