Hotel Experience For the most part the hotel was nice and clean. The night I went to check into my room I walked into the front door and saw that at night time you have to call the front desk from a phone in a breezeway. Yet, when I dialed the number posted it said that the line didn't work so I had to call from my cell phone to the front desk to get someone to open the breezeway door so that I could even check in. The feedback provided in your review is much appreciated. I sincerely apologize that there were difficulties checking in to the hotel. The hotel doors do lock at 11pm for the security of the guests and the phone in the door once you walk in should connect to the night attendant so they can come let guests in. I will have to look into the issue with the phone and make sure other guests do not have problems trying to call the front desk. Comfortable Nice bed, clean. Breakfast is literally grab & go..... Gronola bars, muffin in packet, oatmeal packets, no fresh fruit, no fresh milk.
Very nice for the price. This was a very pleasant stay for us. The accomodations were great for the price.

Great night sleep The room was much better than I anticipated. The room had all the coviences needed and more for a great rate. Staff was very friendly and the building was clean.
Ok for a night No hair dryer or coffee pot available in room. Needed to ask for at from desk. Checked bed and sheets before getting in and found a chunk hair under bed sheet ...Reese

Nice hotel, horrible Travelocity experience The hotel was great. Staff was great and very accommodating. Travelocity on the other hand made our experience awful. They charged us for the room, but somehow were never able to get our reservation to the hotel. So when we went to check in we had no reservation. The Travelocity staff were less than accommodating.
