service from front desk was great, but as soon and we got to our room there were insects (roaches) on the counter. all we did was open the door we did not even go in. Front desk was very helpful and was able to refund me.

"Won't charge a damage fee!?" Booked for 1 night 8/1/24 Got to the room and tried to get settled in. Tried the tv - no luck. Lights beside the bed wouldn't tun on, and the "main" light by the door flickered so bright when I turned it on I felt like I was in a game show. We had a confirmed reservation, but the hotel didn’t honor it. They said they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. They said we had to contact Expedia. They said Expedia should have notified us and moved us elsewhere. We contacted Expedia, but they weren’t able to help us. We couldn’t find another hotel. We had to drive home, arriving at 2:30a.m. Very disappointing.

I liked nothing about this property, it was very dirty, smelled horribly. The bed had hair and lint in the sheets and the sheets appeared stained. I checked out, did not stay there and requested a refund. I have not yet received that refund.
