The staff was wonderful -- the two I met -- especially the lady who checked me in. She was helpful and very nice. Other than that and the fact that the room seemed clean enough and well-equipped, I don't know how this hotel got the rating it has. It was hard to find, even with GPS. My "non-smoking" room had a strong cigarette smell. My mattress was so uncomfortable that I didn't sleep for more than 45 minutes or so at a time all night from tossing and turning. The room was well equipped for meals. Plenty of hot water available too. The cable service, however, was mixed with some stations having a good signal while others interference. Overall, the property looks in decent shape. Trash pickup form the outdoor containers should be done more frequently though.

Is it worth the risk? 😱 The staff was super friendly, the rooms were okay but.... They must be having a serious issue with the cleaning crew. The 1st room we were placed in had blood on the comforter, makeup smears and pubic hairs on the pillows. No joke. On a "freshly" made bed. Idk maybe its too hard to change the bedding on Mondays. The staff quickly found us another room. The floor in the new room had crumbs on it and the bathroom and mirrors had residue but the beds were clean, it was 12am we had spent all day at King'... read more

Breakfast was hardly anything. Rooms were clean. But no a/c on in room when arrived.

No ice machine, otherwise very pleasant stay. Older property, so definitely would be considered 2 star, but I would recommend.

The construction workers occupying a room near ours were loud; moving their equipment at dawn and smoky.
