Anna at the front desk made our vacation. She was super accommodating, helpful and we talked dogs! It felt like home for a night, the breakfast was fantastic and the gentleman helping us made us feel warm and welcome. Also he made one mean pot of coffee, thank you Baymont by Wyndham Canton OH 😊😊😊😊. Your team rocks! 🤘

The staff was wonderful -- the two I met -- especially the lady who checked me in. She was helpful and very nice. Other than that and the fact that the room seemed clean enough and well-equipped, I don't know how this hotel got the rating it has. It was hard to find, even with GPS. My "non-smoking" room had a strong cigarette smell. My mattress was so uncomfortable that I didn't sleep for more than 45 minutes or so at a time all night from tossing and turning. The room was well equipped for meals. Plenty of hot water available too. The cable service, however, was mixed with some stations having a good signal while others interference. Overall, the property looks in decent shape. Trash pickup form the outdoor containers should be done more frequently though.
Is it worth the risk? 😱 The staff was super friendly, the rooms were okay but.... They must be having a serious issue with the cleaning crew. The 1st room we were placed in had blood on the comforter, makeup smears and pubic hairs on the pillows. No joke. On a "freshly" made bed. Idk maybe its too hard to change the bedding on Mondays. The staff quickly found us another room. Breakfast was hardly anything. Rooms were clean. But no a/c on in room when arrived.
No ice machine, otherwise very pleasant stay. Older property, so definitely would be considered 2 star, but I would recommend.
