Good experience The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was visibly clean and comfortable. The WiFi is nothing to brag about but it did its job. Overall a good place to stay.

One bug don't stop no show 🐛🐜🐞 First night found a bed bug but the front desk offered me a fresh room and the rest of my Christmas week went very smoothly

Staff was friendly and professional. Although room originally assigned was not ready as expected, manager quickly made new room assignment and minimized any inconvenience. Another manager assisted me when I had difficulty signing into Wifi to connect to the internet. I am also a coffee drinker and appreciated that the coffee provided at the complimentary breakfast was above average in quality.
