Nice hotel...be sure you check in early Check-in experience was a little shocking. I had a reservation and the lady at the front desk told me that "just because you have a reservation, you are not guaranteed a room"...I was like...what? Then, we had to have a credit card to put on hold...this is the first hotel that hasn't taken my debit card, which is a mastercard. I was tired and just wanted to get to my room. Check-in went okay - lady with blue hair could have smiled or been a bit more friendly. As for the room - needs some updating. Dresser had a broken drawer and could use a coat of paint. Refrigerator made noises all night long - needs to be looked at - I would be surprised if other guests didn't complain about it. Lady at check out was nice, and glad you could grab a cup of coffee during check-out

I didn’t like the continental breakfast. There wasn’t anything there but a small muffin and coffee.Also trying to check in they wouldn’t take any of my credit cards, stating that they were not major cards.
