Never again no matter how inexpensive Tv didn’t work changed rooms and light next to bed didn’t work. No drinking glass or ice bucket, paid 2.25 for a Pepsi and only took a credit card. Thin walls tv next door kept me up

There was an odor. Like moldy. Said continental breakfast. Was nothing like that. People hanging out outside parking lot.

The hotel is okay, but the expedia...We drive 8 hours to Cincinnati and we are told that we can't check in for the room we reserved before because expedia did't give hotel information when we arrived at midnight. We have faced twice this kind of problem in one month.
Ridiculous late check in procedure We traveled all night from Iceland and arrived at this hotel at 1am to check into our hotel. The office was empty. We used the phone they had outside and dialed the extension to reach someone for late check ins like it said... no one answered. We called 3 times and called the main hotel. We weren't able to check into our hotel and ended up driving 30+ minutes to another hotel after having traveling all night. We were extremely disappointed.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The first room they put us in hadn't been cleaned and the TV didn't work at all. I went back to complain and they moved us to a different room. The keys to that room didn't work on three different occasions throughout our two night stay! We packed up our belongings into the car after the first night and thank goodness we did because a cleaner or someone came in while we were out for the day!
