Won't Stay Again Water pressure terrible. Water just dribbled out. Floors had not been cleaned prior to move in. Room was close to highway so very noisy. No decaf coffee in lobby - machine not working. Bugs (baby roaches) in room from sink. Front counter people very courteous.

I was not able to use the amenities on this property because I was not allowed to check-in. The hotel failed to report unserviceable rooms which led to over bookings.

The hotel assistant manager on duty attempted to place blame Expedia.com for overbooking their property. I asked for further justification as to why Expedia would do that and she told me rudely that there were unserviceable rooms in their inventory that were not reported to Expedia.com. Therefore I had no room at this location as originally promised with my reservation. I didn’t receive any phone call, notification, text, NOTHING stating that this was occurring. Locked out of the hotel one night, no night clerk. My son was locked out of the hotel one night and could not get into his room. We were supposed to get a credit for that night and the next night (which he chose not to stay). I have not gotten the credits yet.

I like th A/C and the Television. The shower is terrible and it flooded the whole bathroom to almost the bedroom. No iron and i saw roaches here.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had. First room was not ready - stove torn apart, window shades broken, closet shelves dismantled. Second room smelled of smoke and nothing desk did removed smell, Worse in the bathroom even with fan running. Clientele was not the best and lets not go into the barking dog below me or the people above me who kept me up all night.
