The staff at check-in were very helpful, but the staff in the evening were indifferent to problems with the cleanliness of the room, the smoke smell in a non-smoking room, and items that were missing from the room when we reported them upon arrival. The kitchen was mostly clean, but the refrigerator had obvious pieces of food left inside.
Jen and Maria were great. They were extremely helpful and patient.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room wss clean and i had a nice view of the pool.
Parking The parking situation is horrid we had a Room in the back of the building husband is handicap and we had to park in the front near office because there were no parking spaces
Kitchen supplies were not in room when I checked in. Pool was COLD. Staff were professional and responsive.
