I arrived after 7 p.m. which is apparently a late check-in. I had to wait for somebody to even open the front door. There was another woman already waiting. The front lobby smells like smoke and I had to make sure that I had a non-smoking room. All of them are non-smoking so I don't know what was going on in the lobby. My key did not work for the room and so I had to get another one made, then the next day when I went to use it in the laundry room it didn't work for the laundry room either. I like the place, is clean and the people in the front desk very friendly. Very quiet, we had a good time to rest and sleep well. I just don't like have people, in front of my door... smoking!

The cleanest and quietest Extended Stay I have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my three days there were the best the could be, even to the point of talking with me after I got news of a personal loss.
