When I checked in Jen. Was absolutely awesome, Made sure I had everything I needed and got me right to my Room immediately

Cable channel selection and premium channels were not as great as advertised. Limited selection. Bed was extremely firm which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Customer Service was top notch though.

The room was clean and quiet. However, there were no plates or utensils or clothes hangers. No big deal, because I only stayed one night and maybe they would have been provided had I asked, but for an extended stay, I expected them to be standard.

LACK OF DOMESTIC UTENSILS, AND APPLIANCES SUPPLIED TO UNIT

no lounge chairs, smallish room, nice and clean and the front desk staff were pleasant

The staff at check-in were very helpful, but the staff in the evening were indifferent to problems with the cleanliness of the room, the smoke smell in a non-smoking room, and items that were missing from the room when we reported them upon arrival. The kitchen was mostly clean, but the refrigerator had obvious pieces of food left inside.
