Kitchen supplies were not in room when I checked in. Pool was COLD. Staff were professional and responsive.

My sister My sister was at end stage cancer . Maria and all the front desk people were so kind and thoughtful. It was a very hard trip for me . Maria was so kind and compassionate as were all the girls there . This was the second time I stayed there. The first was February when she started her chemo radiation. They were just as kind then . Thank you for having such wonderful people, I will remember them always..!!

I like the place, is clean and the people in the front desk very friendly. Very quiet, we had a good time to rest and sleep well. I just don't like have people, in front of my door... smoking!

I arrived after 7 p.m. which is apparently a late check-in. I had to wait for somebody to even open the front door. There was another woman already waiting. The front lobby smells like smoke and I had to make sure that I had a non-smoking room. All of them are non-smoking so I don't know what was going on in the lobby. My key did not work for the room and so I had to get another one made, then the next day when I went to use it in the laundry room it didn't work for the laundry room either.
