Everything was AWESOME including staff some minor work needed on property but my stay was comfortable and peaceful

It was "Meh" My son and I stayed because our house is being renovated, we really needed a place with a fridge so that we could store lunches for daily use. I realize we are all stressed due to COVID, however, I asked two days in a row for clean sheets and eventually had to follow one of the ladies to the laundry room to get clean sheets. The clientele at the hotel were always outside of their rooms smoking- I guess that's better than smoking indoors. However, not the best environment for my 9 year old.

Basic supplies Wish the room included basic kitchen supplies.

A place to rest Good place for the night. Overall condition was good, but when I sprayed the bug spray, the roaches came out dying. If I was staying long would have been quite pissed off with bugs like that.

the bed wasn’t so comfortable and there were stains on the bathroom door/ counters. kids were running halls and being loud in the pool late at night

First , when I went to check in no one called me or emailed me there was a fire that occurred and they were sending guest to another location, that was unprofessional in my opinion. Other than that the other sister hotel was quiet and comfortable I was pleased .
