It looked like an oil repair shop! There were so many stains on the ground. Would not have taken my shoes off. The beds looked like they were metal cots. We asked for non smoking. We talked about leaving our clothes in the car so they wouldn’t stink at our work conference because so much smoke. Went to ask to change our room. The person in front of us was telling the clerk someone was living in the room they were just given. He was going to go look because no one was supposed to be in there. omg , Carpet was torn and stained , bathtub faucet leaked , fan spayed water and dirt out of it , phone did NOT work , check in guy would not talk to me , breakfast is NOT a granola bar and coffee , pool was filled with leaves and shingles and much more , Wayne

This place is horrible! I got bit by bugs. The carpets were soiled. I had bugs in my food even! And all over the shower. I still have not received a return call from the manager or my money back! Stay away!!

Overbooked - turned away without a room What stay?? The hotel was overbooked and they turned us away. I had nowhere to on a Friday night and had to scramble to find other accommodations. This is the last time I use Hotels.com.

The property had a great deal of construction going on, which was not indicated on their website. It was noisy, dirty, and a worker said that there were nails in the parking lot. I went to the front desk and requested a refund. Had to find another place to stay on short notice.
