Just awful. Stay away. Filth. First room was so bad I had to request a new one. Second room was slightly less offensive, though it still had urine on toilet, hair in shower, hair accessories on floor, stained carpets and sheets. Noisy until around 4am. Just awful.

We did not stay at this property due to the fact that it looked dangerous. We did go into our room. It was filthy it smelt like urine and puke. We asked the front desk person for a refund. He said he would give it to us immediately and then took me two weeks to get our money refunded. Do not stay here do not.

The room was smelled smoking badly and I had to switch to another room and the 2nd room was still smelled smoking. If you are looking for a cleanliness and quiet place to stay, I don't think this is the place for you.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while I was apartment hunting… I cleaned my room myself bc it’s clear no one dusted or mopped maybe ever. The morning front desk auditor was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Terrible experience Quite literally the worst experience of my life. Please do yourself a favor and never stay in this hotel, if you could even call it a hotel. The service is beyond god awful, and it felt like all the employees were on their first day of training. They all lack any sort of professionalism and truly just don’t care at all.

Disgusting excuse for a hotel Booked 3 mo in advance.. arrive with confirmation, dirty, looked like homeless lived there… upon check in we were told they overbooked/sold our room. Said they tried to contact us that day) we were in an airplane) still never received the msg. Lie! We asked if this was their problem or ours.. was rudely told Our Problem. Contacted Hotels.com and the were very helpful in finding us a nice place to stay. With no additional cost to us.
