Pictures posted were not same as what I walked into they don't even have queen suite with sofa the room they gave me had full size bed and chair dog had been chewing on I did not stay asked for refund and outside building is dilapidated pool are horrible

The lady who checked me I. Was extremely rude. She seemed annoyed I was even there checking in like I was bothering her time or something. Will it be booking again until it is addressed with the manager. She does not belong working to there or in any customer service capacity. I in fact will file a formal refund request with Expedia

Never again Awful… charges for everything down to WiFi Kitchen not equipped, every call from room was $1 No ice machine! Lobby closes at 7 pm. Won’t do it again
