Lobby and elevator appeared old and dirty. Room smelled like bleach. Elevator bell kept ringing over and over again all night, every few seconds. Shady characters smoking right outside front entrance every time I came or left the hotel.

I checked in at 3pm ish and checked back out at 5pm ish ( had an emergency and had to leave) but they still charged me the whole entire stay for the night Even though I was only there for two hours, absolutely effing ridiculous!! Apparently they had said, said that they had to pay and have the cleaning people clean the room. I was there for 2 hours and used the TV, Toilet and the chair. yes, we charged for the one night stay since the guest checked in and stayed for over an hour and the room required house keeping ( the house keepers were done at 5 pm) so there was no chance to re-rent this room due to this fact. We did fully refund the not used day on your reservation. This is stated in the check in policy and signed registration cards upon check in.
The entire hotel is dirty and SMELLS awful. There’s trash all over the floors in the hallways. At check in, the staff member at the desk couldn’t even make eye contact or speak clearly enough to form a full sentence like she was high. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

The person at front desk that checkedvus in was rude and preoccupied with a friend. Also , please add the word "Continental " in Free breakfast. Room was beautiful.

Highly Disappointed Well me and my friends took a 3hr trip to go to the Haunted House Restaurant and go to Huntington Beach. I had reservations for over a month. So when we get to the hotel i am informed that the room had been double booked and there were no more rooms. Tried to give us one bed for 3 people. Absolutely not i love my friends but i we want our own bed. We had to drive an hr and half to find another room. Not a very good experience

This " Suite " hotel is more a short term hostel than a hotel. Full time "residents", police at the hotel twice in 48 hours, and more shady stuff in rhe front parking lot. We were looking for a clean and quiet hotel suite. We got the worst.

After checking in I got to my room and all looked fine until I went to the bathroom and found an all out mess. It was disgusting. Dirty towels, stuff all over the floor on the toilet. Never had this problem before.
