Price was fairly good. Water was turned off for maintenance one night, ahead of notified. No hot water for shower next morning. No coffee in room. Hair in 2nd shower and hair balls behind kleenex box in same bathroom.

Room was large and beds were comfortable but it was kind of dirty. There was a plate in the microwave with old food on it and several scraps on the floor. Fine for the price.

Don’t stay The room was large but housekeeping was minimal. Fridge with old food left, trash in corners, others clothes under furniture. We spoke to front desk on 2 different occasions who advised we would receive a call and refund but nothing happened.

The room was clean, but there was garbage and the smell of weed in the hallways. Running in the hallways and slamming doors until 2am. Staff was friendly.

Checked in couple of times, each time I have average waiting time of 10 min for receptionist to show up. My first stay was OK in the third floor, the second was terrible with room door issues to open and noise from neighboring rooms and I saw a dog running in the hallway from its owner, it was like a circus.

Our front desk staff is helping other guests or assisting in other areas of the hotel. We have a front desk person either at the front desk or within 10 minutes they should be present at the desk. we are a pet friendly hotel in that the pet owners are responsible for leashing and maintaining that leashing for their pet. If the room key card is placed close to credit cards or your cell phone it will be scrambled. Please contact the front desk if any issues arise during your stay so that we may solve them ASAP. TY,
