Generally a pretty crummy hotel. Older property, not delabidated, but worn and tired to be modest. Poor service to be polite. One staff person max, never at front desk, and rarely willing to extend themselves. Amenities poor to nonexistent. No house keeping, no breakfast, slow unreliable internet. Kitchen not fully equipped. Loudest, noisiest squealing fan on heater, kept us up all night. I walked in and waited 10 mins for someone to show up to the front desk. While I was waiting I got 2 bug bites. Don’t stay here. It’s not clean.

Too many young people walking in parking lot screaming.....in and out building...in front of building smoking weed....it felt more of a motel than hotel for Beachwood...Very displeased...

Not truthful free wifi While the room was adequate for the price the advertised grab and go breakfast was packaged oatmeal, mini muffins or granola bars. The biggest issue was the advertised free wife available, the speed was negligible, in fact so slow I could not leave this review last night. What they wanted was you to purchase the upgraded speed for $4.79. I will not ever stay at an extended stay America again too many other places offer high speed WiFi in their advertised price.

The hotel wasn’t very clean. The bed in our room was king sized however the bedding was for a smaller bed. Extremely limited amenities in room-no hair dryer, no coffee maker/hot tea, has a full kitchen but does not provide cups or other kitchen essentials. Overall, would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Unsafe. Reserved and paid for the room for two nights on Hotels.com. When I arrived at the property at about 11:00 pm, I was told they had no room for me. The desk clerk Pam chastised me for not contacting the hotel to say I would arrive late, despite the email I showed her that said my reservation was "confirmed." They would not give me my money back. I've had better wifi on a bus in Finland. Don't get your hopes up for breakfast. Best thing about this place was the price
