Need Remodeling Best thing about this hotel was the location. It needs an overhaul.

The front desk attendent Kevin was very helpful and courteous. However the accomodations were less than satisfactory. No breakfast was served. Because coffee machine was not working. The parking lot was not plowed from snow storm the night prior so my car was stuck in the parking lot. Room was dirty and smelled horrible. Sign on fridge suggested vending machine but didnt mention how they were credit card only vending machines. No breakfast as promised, was stuck in parking lot for over an hour because the lot was not plowed from the snow. All people staying there had to help push cars out!!! Just an absolute mess!!!

Snow days Had To Miss My Meeting Because There was no snow removal options at the hotel. Stranded for 5 hours couldn’t move car. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel during the winter months

The cleanliness of the first room was deplorable...we moved into another room and it wasn't much better so we checked out two nights before our planned time and found another hotel. Based on this experience we likely would never use extended stay in the future.
