room not cleaned worst experience ever!!!
Can't even find a reservation Booked this hotel and they didn't even have my reservation when I came to check in. Then the staff tries to sell me a more expensive room for the night and different from the one I booked. Needless to say I did not stay there that night and needed a refund.

It was okay when I got up in the room it was very relaxing
Very Happy Thanksgiving with the book the room so early in the morning but I did see a bug crawl across the countertop in the morning and the other guests across from me in the hall were talking lou, laughing and Slamming Doors back and fourth...@ 5:30am in the morning... like it was 12noon.

Horrible experience! This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in! The room had absolutely no amenities; the "breakfast" was pitiful, the staff was never at the front desk. I ended up switching to the Super 8 across the street for way less money because it was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was actually present!

We were not able to use the kitchen are because there were no, dishes, silverware or pans, no coffee or coffee maker, NOTHING! The bed was not comfortable lumpy and hard, seemed old! The continental breakfast consisted of muffins and granola bars, not at all what we expected!

This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with Hotels.com or directly with a Hotel. I was called by the Hotel the of my stay saying they transferred the reservation to the Extended Stay North. When I showed up at 12:30am they did not have a room. Then when I went to the Hotel that I booked and paid for on Hotels.com they did not have a room either. I don't know what happened but it was the worst experience of my life. Find a cheaper one, it will probably be better! I usually give good ratings for, pretty much everything, but this place is horrible, I would give it a better rating if it was half the price, because I've been in better places that were actually cheaper. - Reception: "Maya"'s response to "hi, how are you?" is "Your last name?".
