There was something biting me in the bed. It was very uncomfortable. The housekeeper was not helpful. However the manager and front desk clerk were very helpful afterwards.

BEDBUGS Room Moved TWICE Because Of Bedbugs!

Bad smells, No Coffee I had to ask for a coffeemaker,then they had no coffee for it. I was leaving early every day for the hospital so I couldn’t take advantage of the coffee in the lobby. The elevator smelled like body odor. Yes I complained. The hallways smelled like pot.yes I complained the spray air freshener. The police were there for a domestic disturbance. The soap in the bath nearly took my skin off. Not my idea of a restful stay, when you are are worried about your loved ones in a hospital.

It is a no-frills hotel. There was a problem with the hot water two mornings out of three that I was there. Only got one night's stay, Be Our Guest, as compensation for the trouble. Food for breakfast should be better.

NEVER again This hotel was filthy, in fact my room was changed three different times because each room was disgusting. Stained sheets, hair all over, dirty and smelly carpet and counters. Towels were even dirty as well as the entryways. I've traveled many places and stayed in a many hotels and this by far was the WORST. Sketchy people hanging out in the front of the entrance . I do NOT recommend booking this place.

Reported to the staff that the HVAC unit in the room was broken and nothing was done about it.

Disappointed I booked the room online, went to check in and not only did the sale my room they were also over booked by a few rooms.
