Disappointed I booked the room online, went to check in and not only did the sale my room they were also over booked by a few rooms.

THRISTY!!!!!NO ICE PROVIDED!!!!. I was Appauled that no Ice bends was provided.I travel alot and this is the very first hotel that did not have Ice Makers. The 2 empty ice trays was a JOKE,since it takes time for the ice trays to make Ice.Based on this alone I won't be staying again with this hotel chain.

Nobody's perfect. Usually this hotel is just fine. This time, not so good. When I walked into the nonsmoking room it smelled good of cigarette smoke. I complained to the desk and she gave me Fabreeze to spray which took care of the smell. Then the AC never cooled the room. I complained about that, but since I was there on the weekend, nothing was done to fix it. This trip was disappointing for the accommodations, but I would still return because it's a good value.

Discount Hotel With No Amenities We stayed two nights. Housekeeping did not make up the room after the first night. Basically a cheap hotel with a kitchen. If you don't need a kitchen then there's no reason to stay here.

Filthy To start off with, no one staffs the front desk after 7. I arrived at 9, and called the number I was instructed to call to reach the night attendant, and got voice mail. Luckily someone who works there came in the front door and went off in search of the attendant, and I was able to check in. The hallway leading to my room smelled terrible, and there was a pile of dirty linens lying on the floor outside the door to my room, which was at the end of the hall. Unfortunately there was a bug on the wall I wasn't there all of 5 minutes and left. It really could use a facelift on the property and the staff offered to kill the bug but absolutely offered anything but another room I declined and left the STANK BUG made Me uncomfortable and I won't ever go here again
