Clean is a Good Word Clean hotel. Uninterested staff. Breakfast was NOT breakfast at all. It was a few prepackaged muffins and a few granola bars in the lobby. The room was fine for a quick night sleep and off we go.

Ghetto as I was checking in the cops were in the lobby investigating an assault. trash and mops in the lobby. same trash in the parking lot the 5 days I was there. side security door broken/open all night. LOUD hotel guests every night. hotel staff was nice but had to wait until their smoke break was over to get front desk service/ no maid service, you have to exchange dirty towel for fresh ones at the front desk....

A BAD Extended Stay First there was no toilet paper on the roll or in the room. The refrigerator barely worked, the freezer was fine. I had food and had to throw a lot of it away because I couldn't keep it. The WiFi was slow and spotty unless you wanted to pay more for faster service. The bath tub as dangerous because it was very slippery when soap hit it. The tv was junk and the Dish network stations available were worse. And the pillows all needed to be thrown out. I had to go a buy one to actually sleep on.

Terrible Hotel from the moment i checked in there were problems. they gave us the wrong room. it was midnight when we checked in and when i got in the correct room the linen on the bed was dirty hair all on them, looks like the carpet never been vacummed, the microwave/refrigerator was dirty. the chairs in room was dirty. i was too tired coming off a 11:30 flight and having to be to work at 7am. too tired to keep aruging with front desk. Hotel okay, but staff compliments this location. The staff at this hotel were amazing, very accommodating, courteous. The drain in the tub was clogged and while we were sleeping, we were infaded by a colony of ants. Maintenance immediately fixed the problem. King studio is small.

Cool in the beginning but.... It was great through out my night but in the morning I found roach on the night stand. Not cool and nasty.

Never again The room had an odor. The bed was small, old food in the fridge, the toilet seat looked old and the tub backed up!

Less than a basic hotel I should have been more aware of what an "extended stay" hotel is. Yes, it has a kitchen, refrigerator, etc. But it sure is not set up for anyone traveling who needs to stay there only a couple of nights. I had to ask for everything -- there was no shampoo, no hair-dryer, no hangers in the closet area, no good place to plug in a computer (although there was free wi-fi, thank goodness). So I had to keep trooping back to the office to ask for what I needed. The light on the far side of the bed didn't go... read more
