basic, no-frills place to stay i had to come up to cleaveland from columbus for surgery and i needed a basic, no-frills place to stay. extended stay america fit the bill. nothing fancy, but it got the job done. free wi fi was appreciated.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean

Nice place! Originally had a king bed and then maybe because of my late check-in room wasn't available, also room given to me didn't have soap or wash cloths maybe again do to my late check-in.

I usually enjoy my stay and the staff The girl at the front office barely spoke to me.. almost zero eye contact and very unfriendly. The was a fire alarm at about 0400.. no one was at the front desk or identifiable outside. No one checking on the guest.
