The Wifi wouldn’t work on my iPhone XR. I was given a phone number and told to call the isp provider. I thought the hotel should have dealt with this issue.

Patrick at the front desk was exceptional! This particular brand is usually rated as a 2.5 star hotel and Ive stayed at their properties all across the country. The efficiency and professionalism with which the staff at the North Olmsted location elevated it to a 4 and rank it among the best of them all!

Great room It was good room had to get a coffee maker from front desk as an incovientnce nd bed height was just right but only 3 pillows instead of 4
