Room was dreary and in serious need if a make over.

It is a good value for the money! My room (201) was clean and spacious. I got 2 towels (one had makeup smear on it) and asked for the dish package. Staff is friendly, as are some permanent residents. It’s pet friendly with $150 cleaning fee. Around the hallways and exterior was dirty, nor is it luxury. I’m happy with my stay, but won’t return.
