Choose this home away from home won't regret it. So my plan was to stay at this hotel and I was completely impressed that I extended my stay 2 weeks. They have everything u need from a full gym to a vending area with all our drink needs to snacks for a late night snacking. The mall is directly across the street to every restaurant and store u need. Best decision I made. They also have full kitchen if u prefer to cook as if u were at home. You can't beat the Amenities that are included For the price.

That there was a full kitchen in ur room. I didn’t like that there was no pool or there was nothing to cook with in the room, but the room was very nice and affordable

The Wifi wouldn’t work on my iPhone XR. I was given a phone number and told to call the isp provider. I thought the hotel should have dealt with this issue.

Patrick at the front desk was exceptional! This particular brand is usually rated as a 2.5 star hotel and Ive stayed at their properties all across the country. The efficiency and professionalism with which the staff at the North Olmsted location elevated it to a 4 and rank it among the best of them all!
