Very accomodating I didn't spend much time at my room because I was very busy over the weekend. However, my room was well-kept and very clean. I extended my stay from one day to three day. When I am in the North Olmsted area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Great personal The service was the BEST! Assistance was offered and given to help unload my vehicle when I arrived and reload when I departed. The Handicap Assessibility Room was very clean and arranged to my satisfaction. I will stay here again in the future.

Not overly impressed The room was dated, the furniture chipped, the floor molding gouged. The bed was comfortable, but my first impression was that the place did not feel welcoming.

Close to Cleveland Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It was close to shopping and dinning. Room was perfect for our one year old to have space to play in the room.
