It was adequate expected more for the price.
Okay but not great This place was okay but, I would probably not stay here again. The rooms needed better cleaning. I was a convenient location to mall and restaurants. You could walk to the mall from this location and also some restaurants. The staff was polite and helpful when needed.
Above and Beyond Guy, the manager, went out of his way to try and meet our needs. We had a 2pm wedding to attend and live a distance away. He made sure that not only was our room ready by noon so that we could change in our room, but had all of our paperwork ready to go when we got there so we had plenty of time.

Great Location Stay was ok, no issues, evening staff person was very helpful. Rooms could have been a little more updated. TV remote didn't work properly. Bed comforter was a little worn. Other than that stay was fine.

Great stay. ! I had a great stay here. This hotel has changed " flags " from the ""Studio Plus" brand to the corporate brand of "extended Stay " brand. It is literally right across the parking lot of the Great Northern Mall. Less than a 5 minute walk. You can see tr Mall enterence from the front enterence of this hotel and many rooms face the Mal as well. The best part of my visit wa seeing the staff. The bent ove backwards for all o their guests.
