Smoker room I paid extra money to get a no smoking room and they did not give me one. I was refunded the extra amount but my clothes still smell like smoke.

Hotel close to North Olmsted family We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and room was spacious, bed comfortable and clean room. Staff were very accommodating. Will stay again.

Solid hotel for the price This was a clean and pretty modern hotel--especially considering the price I paid. I had read that I would have to ask at the front desk for plates and utensils, and this seemed kinda ghetto to tell the truth...but the front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. There was a great Giant Eagle supermarket nearby, and the room contained a microwave, stove and fridge...so I was able to cook, asking at the front desk for a pan and utensils. I like it, stayed with wife, three kids. Good clean and convenient , it is worth it for the money you pay

Fair hotel near tons of shopping Nice staff, breakfast was laughable if you're not a coffee drinker. The couch in our room was dirty and stained and the pull out sofa was full of potato chips.

Good for a family vacation. Nice big room for a family. The breakfast was good, and the location was great. We could walk to the Air Force Museum. Pull out sofa was uncomfortable, as they all are.

OK My kids wanted to swim in the ourdoor pool, however, because it had rained, it was closed. Staff said they had to put in some chemicals, and they weren't going to do it until the next day. Dissappointing.

Not bad for the price This hotel could use some updating but overall was not bad for the price. This is an older building but the kitchen and bathroom were a good size and on the nights when the hotel was full, it was quiet.
