The only complaint I had was we booked a nonsmoking room and when we got there they said they did not have one available only a smoking room. They did upgrade our room size but I will NEVER stay in a smoking room again. The smell was so bad I went out and bought inscents to mask the smell. Otherwise it was a very nice, economical stay.

Great hotel! We absolutely loved it! The location was great, the room was very clean, the staff was very polite and helpful and the price was just right! We are definitely going back very soon!

Requested a non-smoking room but got a smoking room. The cigarette smell gave me a headache. Had to but 2 cans of Febreeze.

easy to get to It was easy to get to once I got there. After the first trip in and getting the room, since it was hailing out, I had my kids just wait in the door. When I came back in with a load, the fire alarm was going off. When the clerk called the fire dept. after about 3 min, they were not even on there way. The only down side is, it would be nice to have more than 3 of everything.

noisy heater and no shampoo There was no shampoo even when I asked at the desk. My heater turned on every ten minutes waking me up most of the night. You would think if they added nearly ten dollars tax they could have at least given me a small shampoo.

Exceeded expectations I read reviews of this hotel prior to booking, so I had expected the hotel to be dated, which it is. However, the hotel (& room in particular) was clean, the bed was sufficient the shower was certainly acceptable. What exceeded expectations was the friendly and accommodating service. We have an infant, and a "pack and play" was offered at no additional charge. Considering the price, service and acceptable accommodations, this stay exceeded our expectations. A special "thank you" to Michelle.

no atmosphere I have never stayed at an extended stay hotel. It was very bare bones. No lobby etc.. I found the hallways narrow and unwelcoming. The room was adequate but all the fixtures and cabinets were low quality and beginning to shown their age. My room was clean and fine for an overnight. The rate was half of the the nearby rooms with similar star ratings.

Time for some updates... For the price, the room was good. My biggest complaint was the highly uncomfortable mattress, pillows and easy chair. Sag city! I was impressed that although my only option was a smoking room (I booked last minute) the room was not "stinky." I believe every effort was made to make the room as fresh as possible. I would consider staying there again as it is very close to my friends house and shopping galore!
