Needs Upgrade Stayed for 12 days and did not have any major problems. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Free Wi-Fi sucks. If tight on the budget this is a good place to stay. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more if the place has been remodeled.

Close to Shopping & Restaurants This hotel was fine for me. It did not have the typical hotel feel with check-in, lobby, breakfast, but worked out. It was very clean, good neighborhood, had kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, & sink. Their free breakfast was not much of a breakfast. They had apples, oranges, some snack bars, coffee & hot water. It was called "Grab n Go", so.. bring your own breakfast & make it in your room or plan to go out if you'd like something solid. It's OK, but there is better available We stayed there based on our experience in Dayton, OH.

Very accomodating I didn't spend much time at my room because I was very busy over the weekend. However, my room was well-kept and very clean. I extended my stay from one day to three day. When I am in the North Olmsted area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Great personal The service was the BEST! Assistance was offered and given to help unload my vehicle when I arrived and reload when I departed. The Handicap Assessibility Room was very clean and arranged to my satisfaction. I will stay here again in the future.

Not overly impressed The room was dated, the furniture chipped, the floor molding gouged. The bed was comfortable, but my first impression was that the place did not feel welcoming.
