I put towels to walk on the carpet in my room. Very warm in public areas. Ugly stains in carpet in hallway and room.

Dont go to this property Was very unclean my room smell of cat urine so bad and room was flithy and open liquor bottle left and well and used bedding it was so bad i have to go to another hotel and expedia atill charged my card Beware especially now with Covid

Nothing, as soon as we got the room. We checked out in an hour. Windows were broken

Hotel description and photos are all lies. The description of the room and the list of amenities supplied are all lies. The "kitchen" had no dishes...no cups...no glasses...no silver wear...no coffee maker....NOTHING. The sleeve the key came in said you can request any of these items. I did..and was told by the lady up front that they no longer offer anything! The hotel does not even have an ice machine! You have to go out and buy your own! There is no "grab n go" breakfast either! There's not even a coffee station in the lo... read more

Absolutely terrible I arrive at 3:15pm And the room was not ready check in time with 3 p.m. they were not ready until 4 p.m. and I was given attitude As soon as I walked in the door The place was absolutely filthy with trash in parking lot and hallways I was offered drugs multiple times during the 7 hours that I stayed around 10 p.m. I decided to go ahead and lay down and that's when more trouble started apparently there was a party in the room above me I did call and complain and was told it would be handled it definitely w... read more

Very rude, poor customer service. Could not properly check in

The fire alarm went off at 3am because it was malfunctioning and kept everyone up and outside for about an hour and staff didn’t have masks on most of the time in the lobby.

Unimpressed They tried to charge me a different price than what was quoted on the hotels.com app when was reserved by $15 more
