The main reason I selected this hotel over the others in the area was the fact that breakfast was included. I was extremely disappointed to find out that not only was breakfast not provided but there wasn’t even coffee in the room or available. I feel that should be addressed and edited from the description.

Payment in question Had some confusion at first when we checked in the hotel itself tried to tell us we owe $139 more than what we paid to hotels.com and I had receipt saying paid in full through hotels.com so you need a little more communications between hotel.com and this company or corporation that owns the hotel

When we arrived. we inspected the room as usual to find there were huge red marks on the caroets and on the walls
