I liked that it was clean I didn’t like that there was no kind of morning refreshments in the morning. Not even a coffee pot in the room which is odd. But the staff seemed nice. And I appreciate being upgraded to a nicer suite. But didn’t like having to wait for my room 30 minutes after check in time for it to be ready considering I was 15 minutes early.
I booked in middleburg heights but they over booked and sent me to a different location which was a in convenience for me. It was a good stay but the travel time was a pain.
I loved the kitchen the staff was awesome everything was amazing
Love the idea of having a little kitchen.
Property was great. I would recommend extended stay to friends abd family.
