Didnt like that we had to ask for towels, plates, glasses, utensils, blow dryer none of it was in the room

Front desk was pleasant checking in and out. Room is very dated, and not the cleanest. I wiped everything down before I felt comfortable touching anything (handles, remote, light switches). Carpet is dirty and tacky feeling under your feet. I wore my flip flops the whole time because it freaked me out. At one point someone tried getting in my room. Not sure if it was a legitimate mistake or not, as they were trying to swipe their key, but it was nerve wracking enough. Worked for one night stay til I caught a flight the next ... read more

We unfortunately never made it to Cleveland, Oh. yesterday as our flight from Washington DC was canceled. We will be sure to stay next time. Sorry.

Great rooms just a hint of weed in hallway We got 2 rooms 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 2nd, they were both outstanding relaxing the only issue we had was the 2nd floor has an odor of marijuana in the hall.

The location was good. The entrance to the office was not appealing. The room was okay. But the sheets and blanket made me itch. Staff person was very cordial even though he was ill. One of the exercising machines was out of order.
