This was a poor stay. The beds were not comfortable, the hide a bed couch was so uncomfortable my 9 year old chose an air mattress instead. The hotel has an awkward layout. The check in was slow. I would not stay here again.

Hotel needs a major cleaning and updated. It looks ran down and dirty
Less than great. Dirty. Had black hair on the towels. Bedding was dirty, had clumps of hair and black stuff.
Run down. Needs to be renovated. Would not stay here again
This place was nasty! I have a one year old and two year old….. I basically made my baby stay in her pack n play since I didn’t want her crawling on the nasty floor and kept telling my two year old “stop touching that” lol……Thank god this was just a random stop while on our roadtrip and we just used this hotel to sleep. When booking this, I was aware this wasn’t anything fancy. But I have a problem when I see crumbs on the counters, sticky smudges on every surface & questionable bed cleanliness. Plastic pillows, carpet was disgusting, and strong odor of cheap cleaning products and food. Pictures online do not reflect the property. Only positive is the staff was very nice.

The loading process is simply frustrating with broken cheap cartswhen people pay more than enough money and they should have simple doorstoppers for people. Needs better customer service and better cleaning.Some people were awesome.Some people were not. . The leadership was disappointing and the whole the trolley process was simply frustrating. I'm a very optimistic person. So the week became unnecessary and then to not receive a reimbursement.
