There are mice here I will never stay at this hotel again! A mice ran from the closet to the bathroom! Luckily, I had not settled into the room and quickly gathered my things and left to tell the front desk. The older gentleman was not fazed at all! The younger man could see the horror on my face and happily offered to move to another room on a higher floor. Needless to say, I did not feel comfortable and opted to leave instead!

Not what expected. Check in was very slow. Could not understand guy. Smell in the hallway. Room spacious but floor very dirty.

The front desk staff - even though a trainee was very unsure and the training staff was not there to help him. Also there was a language issue. Most hotels in the area forgave the pet fee considering we where there for the cat show. I did not know that if I wanted any thing to use in the kitchen to ask at front desk - I went out and purchased myself. The parking lot was not well lit.
