I loved the sign that read " no smoking within 100 ft of window or door of the building. If caught a $250 fine" Appon arrival there was multiple people right in the walkway of the entrance of the building that I had to walk through their smoke. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at an extended stay. We will never stay at one again. The owner of all extended stays should cut his losses and burn every extended stay down. The staff was great at this site especially since we were a large group of 15. They were super friendly and willing to help when we had a mishap with the names on the room reservations (must be 21 to book this resort). They were very accomodating with extra blankets and towels. The rooms were very spacious it felt like we had our own apartment with a full kitchen and small living area. The downside to this resort was the upkeep and the breakfast. Room smelled like cigarettes , pillow case had fresh makeup sofa dirty left and don’t even bother to get $80 back ,

This place was full sketchy people. The room was falling apart everywhere. They have roaches and bed bugs. We left the second day because we seen roaches and bed bugs. The front desk clerk illegally asked me for proof of my service animals and everyone knows that is against the law. The night clerk that I showed the bed bug to acted like he didn’t have a clue what to do and told me to wait until the morning. I was not sleeping another second in that room with my family. After staying a week we had to move because of falsely being accused of bringing oxygen tanks into the room

Very Unclean and Uncomfortable Property looks run down. Hallways had a strong smell of cooked food. Room was not clean, there was trash in the cans, and trash behind the nightstands. Looks like something was spilled under the nightstand and not cleaned. Son said the blankets were line a tarp, and the pillows were very old and had no stuffing in them at all.

Ro start the property and walk ways w we're not plowed. Check in went smoothly until I got into the room. Smelled like nasty food and air/heat was stuck on cold. Kitchen counter top was coming off the wall. So I switched rooms. Second room was dirty and noisy as well. Rooms have kitchen but no house wanted to cook or dine on. They do not offer coffee makers or any drinks in your room as well. It's ok if your just staying for a night or two. Just not for me.

Terrible experience, they gave us an hard time with changing the name of the reservations. Made us wait two hours in lobby with our kids. My daughter fell and started to cry and a daughter of there’s proceeded to come from around the front desk to shush my child
