Too loud to sleep The room was nice and clean but the air condition was so loud it woke me up every time it came on.
This is a no frills hotel surrounded by a plethora of things to do. The rooms are nothing to write home about. The air conditioner vents are covered in dust and possibly let hair since they allow animals. The room smelled like a dog had slept there the night before. The towels were slightly stained with prior usage. Everything was great.
Not a 5 star Very clean. But breakfast pitiful. Not a coffee drinker. You had no hot chocolate or anything. No ice machine.

The pull out sofa was not made up and had a dirty towel on the mattress when I opened up the sofabed. The refrigerator and air-conditioning unit were quite loud making it difficult to sleep. hair dryer was not working and had to be replaced. Staff were very accommodating, helpful and responsive to our needs. It was a quiet location yet very accessible to Crocker Park, the freeway and event we came to atttend.
